Planning A Christmas Birthday Party | Christmas Children's Entertainment

Updated: Aug 24, 2023

There are several parents out there with children whose birthday falls on Christmas Day. We've all experienced the pressure around this time of the year. It can be overwhelming as it is, but planning a birthday party at Christmas into the mix can be pretty tough. Parents ask themselves how they can organise everything for Christmas while planning their child's birthday. More importantly, how can they make their child's party special without it being overshadowed by Christmas?

Organising a Christmas Birthday Bash | Festive Children's Entertainment

It sounds like a challenging task. But as long as you take a few aspects into consideration, you won't have to worry about Christmas overshadowing your child's birthday party. At Non-Stop Kids we have performed thousands of Christmas parties that also fall on the day of a child's birthday. Today we're going to break down what you can do to plan a Christmas birthday party.

Don't Do Joint Presents!

This one is pretty much a given but one of the biggest things you should never do is to join presents. What we mean by this is combining your child's birthday presents with their Christmas gifts. It takes away that special feeling they have and makes it seem like there's been no consideration into their birthday or vice versa. It's not fair. Make sure to differentiate the two.

Have A Small Party During The Day!

The best thing you can do is make sure there is time to celebrate your child's birthday. For example, everyone celebrates Christmas in the morning. Once everyone has opened their Christmas presents and eaten their dinner, the rest of the day is then used to celebrate your child's birthday party. It makes sure their special day hasn't gone unnoticed while they still get to enjoy Christmas as well.

Don't Forget your Christmas Children's Entertainment!

At Non-Stop Kids we have performed at thousands of Christmas parties across the years. It isn't uncommon for our entertainers to run a birthday party along with a Christmas one. An experienced entertainer especially will understand how to separate Christmas and birthdays, making sure everyone gets into the festive spirit without the birthday child feeling like everyone's forgotten it's their special day as well. You can always count on us. We have never, not once, let anyone down.

Get Ready To Celebrate!

Christmas is just on the horizon. Because of how busy we get around this time of the year, almost all of our weekend slots are completely fully booked. We're highly encouraging everyone who hasn't secured their Christmas children's entertainment to do so now. Consider having a midweek party for more chances of availability. Call us on 0333 301 3002 or send us an enquiry form for a no obligation constellation. We look forward to your call.
