Once you decide on an application, get in touch with everyone on your guest list to download said app. Maybe even do a test call just to make sure everyone has an idea on how it will work. There's hundreds of applications out there that are easy to use without being tech savvy.
Zoom is a great choice for your party. You can have up to 100 guests attending virtually. The free version allows you to run up to 40 minutes, so it would be ideal to get the full version for all its amazing features. Skype is another great alternative that allows you to have up to 50 people. It works perfectly for all devices and can run as long as you like. Prepare Your Guest List!
No party is without guests! As you would with a normal party, consider who you want to invite for your children's party. Thanks to the wonders of modern technology we can now meet up with tons of friends & family alone. Video sharing platforms such as Zoom allow you to have up to 100 people. Even better, you can also invite relatives who live in another country. As long as everyone has a computing device and internet connection, everyone can join in the fun and festivities. Work out a suitable time for your guests to join and let them know how to join the party.
Choose A Birthday Theme!
For your children's birthday party, go ahead and pick an amazing birthday theme! Your children's birthday party might be virtual, but that doesn't mean you can't have a fun theme. For a lot of kids out there the theme of the party is their most favourite part! There are so many great birthday party themes out there for your party. You can base a theme around something your child loves and then get the guests to help bring that theme to life. For example, if your child is really into superheroes, make the theme centred around that. All the guests attending can even dress up as a different superhero character and help bring the theme to life.
