Much like a restaurant where the maximum at a table is 6, the venue would have to be laid out in such a way that it fits within current Government Guidelines. Ever since lockdown was announced by the Government we have been proactive to ensure that all our customers and future customers are getting the best possible service during COVID-19. We understand that no parents want to tell their child they can’t have a party for their birthday. We are committed to ensuring that the show still goes on whilst adhering to Government Guidelines. 

 

So we wanted to outline what your options are when it comes to children’s entertainment during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. We also wanted to go through what we are doing to keep your children safe whilst still making sure they have a great time.

VIRTUAL PARTIES

​

We pioneered the concept of Virtual Parties right at the beginning of Lockdown in March 2020. Over the last few months they have grown in popularity and we now offer over 40 different virtual party packages. We have also been working with the NHS to deliver virtual entertainment to sick children UK Wide. With our virtual parties you can have an amazing party without leaving the comfort of your own home. LIVE PARTIES INDOORS

 

We have been offering live entertainment for almost ten years. We perform at over 8,000 events a year. As lockdown eased and restrictions were lifted we began offering live entertainment once again. We have developed and redesigned all our packages to ensure that everyone is kept safe whilst still having lots of fun. You can read more about these changes below. The important thing to note is that we have to fall in line with Government Guidelines. So as the government eases restrictions we will be offering more options for our customers. Socially Distanced Kid’s Parties and Garden Parties

We have adapted and redesigned our live parties to make sure that your party guests and our entertainers are safe. Here is a list of what we are doing to ensure that your party is awesome while still keeping everyone safe:

 

  1. We are a Covid Secure Business and can send you a copy of our Risk Assessment and Staying Covid Secure Notice.
     

  2. All of our shows have been updated to ensure that our entertainer socially distances from the children. However this is done in such a way that the show is still interactive and fun. We have taken elements from our virtual shows and our live shows and merged them into one awesome package.
     

  3. All of our props and equipment are cleaned and sanitised before each party
     

  4. Hygiene is of the upmost priority to all our entertainers. Throughout the booking they will regularly sanitise and wash their hands
     

  5. If your booking includes balloon modelling the entertainer will wear gloves while creating the models and we will use a balloon pump. We will not mouth inflate any balloons
     

  6. Our entertainers are constantly monitored and if they develop Coronavirus symptoms they will not perform. However please don’t worry. We have over 100 entertainers all as good as each other. Even if one of our entertainers is ill we assign another entertainer and let you know. You are guaranteed a great party every time.
     

  7. Your party will be hassle free. We will run and host your party and make sure everyone has a great time.

Risk Free Party Booking Process

During and even after the Covid-19 Pandemic we want our customers to understand that we have systems in place to protect our customers.

 

If you are unable to hold your party and need to cancel there are three options...

 

  1. You can postpone your booking to a future date. We will transfer your booking fee onto the future date. You don’t need to let us know when the new date will be. We will simply add you to a spreadsheet and when you know the new date we will update your booking.
     

  2. You can switch your booking to a Virtual Party. This way you can still have a celebration online. To find out more about our virtual parties please visit our virtual party page.
     

  3. You can also move your booking to a future date and have a virtual party for a discounted price. This way you can still celebrate on the date you intended but also have a live party in the future. We even have a special video which we can send you which helps explain this to your child.
     

  4. If you have to cancel your party because of COVID-19 and you do not want to reschedule we can give you a full refund with no penalty to yourself whatsoever.
